Performance Reviews

Normally, employees will receive annual appraisals of their performance from their supervisor or department head. Such evaluations may be conducted more frequently or less frequently, depending on the needs of the Department. After the written review is completed there will be a discussion between the employee and the supervisor to evaluate the employee's understanding of his or her job, review accomplishments of the past year and set goals and objectives for the new year. A copy of the written review will be filed in the employee's personnel file in the Human Resources Office.
