    Inauguration on the Road 

    President Lawrence visited alumnae/i, parents, and friends in several cities around the country in the months following her inauguration. Events were held in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York City, Palm Beach, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston between October 2007 and April 2008.

    The Life and Legacy of Rudolf Arnheim
    A legendary Sarah Lawrence faculty member and author, Arnheim founded the academic field of Psychology of Art. SLC faculty speakers Charlotte Doyle (Psychology), Joseph Forte (Art History), Elizabeth Johnston (Psychology), and Malcolm Turvey (Film History) discussed The Life and Legacy of Rudolf Arnheim. Moderated by Joseph Forte.
