Registration for the Workshop for High School Students is an easy two-step process.
Step 1: Completely fill out the form below and submit it by clicking the “submit” button. You will receive a pre-registration email confirmation.
Step 2: IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR STUDENT’S SPACE IN THE WORKSHOP:
Please print the pre-registration email confirmation and send the $25 application fee (payable by check or money order to Sarah Lawrence College) to:

Once the application fee has been received, we will send you a confirmation email! Please note that you are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with student ID number.
Please fill out all fields; fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
Emergency contact if parents cannot be reached:
Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If application fee is not received by April 12, the student name is removed from the pre-registration list and the next available student from the waitlist will be accepted. Full payment is due by Friday, June 7, 2013.
